Gunman Who Shot Victim In Head Captured In Newly Released Video, Baltimore PD Says

Baltimore Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect behind a shooting that happened last month.

Investigators have released the video of three suspects walking in the area after the shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Northshire Drive around 2:18 p.m. on March 27, police said.

One of the suspects appeared to be placing a handgun into a backpack, police said. Upon arrival, officers found a victim was shot in the head. That victim is said to be in critical condition, according to police.
